Recent advances in 3D printing technology make possible and cost-effective mass production of heatsinks with various fractal geometries that create multiple surface boundaries that induce heat transfer fluids to flow with reduced resonance.
The new technology covered by the ‘785 Patent provides for more efficient cooling, less energy consumption to accomplish that cooling, reduced noise levels from the heat exchanger, smaller size, and reduced material costs.
